He is tall, quite bulkish and if we could make him a grow a bit of facial hair then he would suit the job of our farmer quite well, however, we are looking for maybe a bit more rugged? or maybe longer hair, something that you instantly associate with a farmer/country boy. He can also be a bit too quirky and this may slow down our process of filming if we have to keep waiting around constantly!!!
Straight away tasha stood out as a potential actor to play the estate agent character. She is quirky, quite crazy and this is something that we want our estate agent to play as we want her to maybe be a 'comedy character' buy wearing funny outfits and tasha is quite daring like that in which she will try anything:) She has a little bit of a baby looking face which in the case of the city chick, would not be appropiate, however her qualities are suited more to the estate agent! 
Max ticks the boxes for our country boy/farmer as he has the long hair, tall and quite soft baby looking which you can usually expect in some romcom films. He isnt as bulky as we would maybe like, however we can give him extra padding to bulk him up
Even though stuart has the build for our country/farmer boy, his voice lacks what we are looking for as it is more posh and almost Lord like which is not what we want! He has the rugged look but as we are probably having dialog within our teaser trailer we also need the voice and contributing factors.
Alex here is quite tall and probably has the characteristics of our city chick that we are looking for. Her face is muture as we would like it and in the way she talks is quite posh to. I dont think she would be that suited to playing the estate agent as she may not be able to be as crazy as we would maybe like. Abby:) x
